Hope - Freedoms Prince - The Wailing - Young Sacrifice - Grievous Day - Riderless - Rise Up - Prolong - Not Worthy

Hope

Hope you have instilled in our heart
In a world where hope’s disappeared

Peace you have engrained in our soul
In a time where peace is rare

Every breath that you did take
Every step that you would make
Purpose and guidance it gave
Mankind’s heart it re-awaked

Many people did leave
The first teachings received
Hussain planned to retrieve
Loss of faith he perceived

Guide, you would be in place of Rasool
To restore the sacred bridge

Light, you would radiate in the dark
And continue the message

When you passed through arid sands
Met foreigners of new lands
Offered them a helping hand
With the little that you had

Your servants you did save
Their full freedom you gave
But they loved you and stayed
To meet your same cruel fate

Love, you showed to all Gods’ creation
From whichever place they came

Care, you expressed to all those you knew
Loving animals the same

* * * * * * * *
Your heart a nest of virtue
It housed wishes of the true
If only aggressors knew
Of your compassionate views

Each and everyone saw
Steps you took against war
Path of peace you looked for
But this Yazid ignored

Truth, that’s what you wanted to defend
Against those whose souls were false

Life, that’s the sacrifice you would give
To resurrect true Islam

Abraham our blessed guide
Covered his eyes from the site
Of his sons pure sacrifice
Allah’s wish he would abide

But Hussain had to see
The pain and tragedy
The evil killing spree
That took his family

War, and aggression you did endure
Even though conflict you shunned

Death, and torment then you had to face
Under the hot blazing sun
